This Lifetime Ownership Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered by Versatile Vehicle Repairs and applies exclusively to the original customer and vehicle on which qualifying bodywork repairs were completed. The Warranty covers workmanship and material defects for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle.

 

 

 

 

2. What’s Covered

 

 

2.1 This Warranty covers:

 

• Peeling, flaking, or cracking of paint applied by Versatile Vehicle Repairs

• Failure of body filler or surface repair work

• Delamination or loss of adhesion caused by poor preparation or application

• Discoloration or fading due to workmanship issues

 

 

2.2 The warranty applies only to SMART repair work performed by Versatile Vehicle Repairs, as listed on the original invoice.

 

 

 

 

3. What’s Not Covered

 

 

This Warranty does not cover:

 

• Rust or corrosion (including surface rust or future rust development)

• Damage caused by impact, accident, vandalism, misuse, or subsequent repairs

• Repairs to previously repainted or poorly repaired areas

• Stone chips, road debris damage, or environmental fallout (tree sap, bird droppings, acid rain, etc.)

• Paint fading or defects caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Any mechanical or non-bodywork issues

 

 

 

 

 

4. Warranty Conditions

 

 

To qualify for the Lifetime Ownership Warranty:

 

• The customer must be the original paying customer and retain proof of the original repair invoice

• The warranty is valid only while the customer owns the vehicle on which the work was completed

• The vehicle must be maintained in good condition, with reasonable care taken to protect the repair area

• Any concerns must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of discovery

 

 

 

 

 

5. Claims Process

 

 

To make a warranty claim:

 

• Contact us via phone or email with your name, vehicle registration number, and a description of the issue

• Provide a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase

• Allow us to inspect the repair and determine whether the issue is covered

 

 

If we find that the repair is covered under this warranty, we will:

 

• Re-perform the repair at no charge to you, or

• Refund the original cost of the repair (at our sole discretion)

 

 

 

 

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

 

6.1 Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the original repair.

6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the repair or warranty claim.

• Any third party attempts to modify or repair the original work
